At Keepr, every book is made with love and care — uniquely personalised just for you. Below you'll find all the details about how we handle shipping and returns.

Shipping

Where we ship
We currently ship across the UK, Europe, and selected international locations. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us at hello@keepr.life.

Processing time
As each book is custom-made, please allow 3–5 working days for production after placing your order.

Once complete, your book is sent for printing and shipping.

Delivery times (after production)
UK: 2–3 working days
Europe: 5–7 working days
Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays can occur, especially during peak periods.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We occasionally offer free UK shipping promotions — sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.

Returns & Refunds

Because our books are made to order and personalised, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

We will offer a replacement or refund if:
Your book arrives damaged or with printing faults

We make a personalisation error (e.g. wrong name or voice file)

We can’t offer refunds if:
You submitted incorrect personalisation details or audio files

The issue is due to user error or a change of mind

How to request a replacement or refund
If there’s a problem with your order, email us at hello@keepr.life within 7 days of receiving your book. Include:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of any damage or errors

We’ll review your request and aim to resolve it quickly — we want you and your little one to love your Keepr book.

Voice recordings
We store voice recordings securely while we create your book. These are typically deleted within 60–90 days after your order is completed unless you request otherwise.
