What is Keepr?
Keepr creates personalised children’s storybooks that include audio messages from loved ones, accessed via QR codes printed throughout the book. It's a magical way to combine storytelling with real voices, helping little ones feel connected, comforted, and loved.

How does the voice message feature work?
Each Keepr book contains unique QR codes linked to voice messages you've recorded. Simply scan the code with a phone or tablet camera, and your personalised message will play - making storytime extra special.

Do I need a special app to listen to the voice messages?
Nope! Our QR codes work with most modern smartphones and tablets - just use the built-in camera. No app downloads needed.

Who records the voice messages?
You do! Once you’ve purchased your Keepr book, we’ll guide you through a simple recording process via our secure platform. 

What ages are Keepr books for?
Our books are designed especially for babies and toddlers, but the emotional value lasts far beyond. They make beautiful keepsakes for children to treasure as they grow.

Can I send a Keepr book as a gift?
Yes! You can create and ship a Keepr book anywhere in the world. We also offer gift wrapping and a personalised note at checkout -  perfect for birthdays, baby showers, or memory gifts.

Can I customise the story or illustrations?
Currently, each book follows a set storyline and art style to keep the reading and listening experience smooth. But the voice messages are 100% personal, and we’re working on future books with even more customisation options.

Is my voice recording safe?
Yes -  your recordings are stored securely and privately. Only people with the QR code in the book can access them. You can also update or delete recordings anytime.

How long does it take to receive my Keepr book?
Production typically takes 3-5 working days, with standard shipping times depending on your location. We offer express options too, just in case you're in a hurry.

What if someone passes away - can I still create a Keepr book with their voice?
If you have existing voice recordings (even from voicemails or videos), we can help you include them in a Keepr book. Just get in touch with us - we handle these memory requests with the utmost care.
